From owning a preschool to starting her very own clinic, her journey is not less than a series of miracles that happened to her.

Janki Patel’s Journey to the Subconscious Mind becoming a Subconscious mind and regression therapist wasn’t a traditional one. She started her career as a pre-school educator. But her curiosity about the meaning of life and her purpose in it started when she meet with a fatal accident that nearly took her life.

 As she lay in the hospital bed recovering from her injuries, she couldn’t shake the feeling that she was meant to do something more with her life. She felt like she had been given a second chance, and she wanted to make the most of it.

Janki’s journey to becoming a subconscious mind therapist started with a deep dive into spirituality and self-discovery. She read countless books on psychology and spirituality, attended workshops and seminars, and even travelled to different places to learn from the masters.

Joining Destiny’s Dots.

Once an educator, always an educator. Janki says, “I love being around people and kids; seeing them happy and educating them is what makes me happy. Simultaneously, I feel there is something mysterious about life and things are happening miraculously, which led me towards my journey as a Subconscious mind and regression therapist.”

“One door led to another opening for me. I gradually started learning things like chakras, healing, the science of energy healing, the mind, and metaphysics. Becoming a physicist was not my end goal. It naturally happened when people started approaching me,” adds Janki. 

Janki Patel holds many labels to her name. She’s a certified clinical hypnotherapist, an internationally certified transpersonal regression therapist, a constellation facilitator, and a Reiki teacher.

Janki truly believes in energies that are constantly driving us on our paths. She believes that    “Energy cannot be destroyed but can always be transformed,”. This has lead to the evolution of something you want to harvest deeply for. The Subconscious mind and regression therapist says there are many hidden potentials we have within us. Our subconscious mind is 6,000 times more powerful than our conscious mind. We just need to believe in our true selves.

Speaking about her purpose of becoming a Subconscious mind and regression therapist, Janki believes that her vision and mission are to let people know more and more about mental wellness and promote the well-being that therapy holds. The therapy has changed her from inside out, so she now believes anybody can heal.

Janki’s passion to find the hidden answers the life has and unleash true potentials has been the driving force to continue doing what she’s doing. She fuels herself with the help of Reiki and her Masters. Shri Aurobindo Ghosh and The Mother are her power houses. She gets a lot of inspiration from following their track.

Healing The Hurdles

Her biggest hurdle is the fact that people are deluded by the term “therapy.” They always fear that the therapist will take out everything they know and probably misuse it.

It was a great deal for her to make them believe that she’s here to help and not embezzle things. Janki’s fighting spirit against all odds and her belief in the power of supremacy let her overcome and heal her hurdles as well.

Breaking All The Myths

 The profession Janki Patel is in has a lot to do with myths, where people tend to make notions of the terms by themselves. One of which is – only adults can take therapy. But the fact is even kids can and need therapy to heal.

Further, she adds, “One of the biggest misconceptions is that a therapist or healer never faces backlogs. Reversing this myth Janki says

“A therapist or healer also needs healing, just like normal people do. We’re just the torchbearers focused on showing you the right path you need.”

Manifestation: It Works

Janki believes that manifestation of anything really works when you have faith. Faith can do endless things. One of the things that set Janki apart as a therapist is her deep compassion and empathy for her clients. She is enriched with her own experiences that life has thrown at her, and she has elevated herself like a phoenix. She takes the time to listen and understand their unique challenges; works with them to develop personalized strategies for growth and healing.

Things No One Ever Told You

The regression therapist says that her job is very serious. Though people find healing quite fascinating, she’s the one who has to go through what her clients have, and she needs to take them out of it reflecting positivity. It is a matter of great concern. 

Also, she says, “It is difficult to frame this thing into a business purpose. Responsibility is unsaid”.  One of the most daunting things she has experienced is that people don’t want to pay to healers but want healing. This is what most healers struggle through. 

Janki Patel’s Absolute Advice

The practice of meditation and prayer can lead to inner peace and clarity, according to Janki. By focusing on the brain as a resource rather than a prompt, she encourages her clients to meditate and pray daily.

Through regular practice, Janki believes that individuals can learn to harness the power of their minds and find greater balance and harmony in their lives. She teaches her clients to view their thoughts as tools to be used intentionally, rather than being controlled by them.

Her approach to therapy also includes following a daily routine. It’s important to maintain a routine during times of stress and uncertainty so you can feel stable and protected.

Quote That Resembles Subconscious Mind Therapist’s Fate

 As said earlier, it was Janki Patel’s ‘Unplanned Profession’ to be a Subconscious mind and regression therapist, similarly, the quote that resonates more with her life and has become her fate is “Life should be understood backwards and live forwards”. She believes that it was all destined.

Janki has combined all her life experiences to serve people and named her venture after the Sanskrit word “Anveshana” which literally means “Khoj“. A journey of finding oneself and answers.
