His journey in the Industry begun with Dainik Bhaskar Group, which developed him as a well-rounded leader into advertising and media. Before Red FM, Bhagesh served as an e-commerce business analyst at ThinkWhy. His work mainly consisted of market research and digital growth strategies.
He further served as Business Development Manager at The Fleek Media, for the purpose of expanding the media strategy-CRM-SEO-social media marketing business. Also, Bhagesh has had leadership roles in Artmen Films Ltd. and Brandings in the sales & marketing, client development, and brand strategy domains.
